From October 20 to 22, the 11th Executive Council Meeting and Academic Frontier Forum of the Operations Research Society of China (ORSC) was successfully held at Nanxun Campus of ZJWEU. The meeting was presided over by Chen Xujin, Secretary-General of ORSC. The opening speeches were delivered by Yuan Yaxiang, academician of the Chinese Academy of Science, Dai Yuhong, the president of ORSC, and Chen Guangting, Council member of ORSC, as well as the president of ZJWEU. This event brought together more than 60 participants, including council members, supervisors, and the secretary-general of ORSC, along with experts.
The meeting was organized by ORSC and co-hosted by ZJWEU. During the meeting, it addressed the recent activities of the society, reviewed internal management regulations, planned for the annual academic exchange conference, discussed the elections of the president and council members, and held a frontier forum on academic research.
